Senior QA Engineer

Operating with high autonomy, you will support a robust development team of five to eight engineers, ensuring rapid delivery without compromising on quality. In this role, you will champion a modern approach to quality assurance by focusing on low-code automation tools rather than traditional, heavy code frameworks. You will act as a critical bridge between product, business, and engineering teams, identifying potential gaps in acceptance criteria early in the lifecycle and maintaining a seamless delivery pipeline.

  • Design, implement, and maintain the overall test automation strategy utilizing low-code tools.
  • Orchestrate and supervise AI agents to generate and execute test cases, reviewing outputs to eliminate duplicate code, over-complicated logic, and false positives.
  • Perform targeted manual and exploratory testing as a validation step prior to automation.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers during ticket creation to refine acceptance criteria and preemptively identify design or logic gaps.
  • Provide comprehensive quality support to a development team of 5 to 8+ engineers, communicating bugs, risks, and findings clearly and constructively.
  • Document testing methodologies, processes, and test cases to establish scalable quality standards.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong recent focus on test automation.
  • B2 English level or higher.
  • Proven, hands-on experience integrating and orchestrating AI agents or Model Context Protocols (MCPs) within active QA workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing low-code automation tools instead of relying solely on traditional code-heavy frameworks.
  • Strong background working closely with product and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and identify risks early in the development lifecycle.
