Senior QA Test Analyst
As a Senior QA Test Analyst – Automation reporting to Senior Director , you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software integrations across Nasdaq's product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Design, execute, and maintain test strategies and test cases across integrated systems, including solutions hosted on AWS
Drive integration and end-to-end testing across multiple products and platforms
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure quality throughout the software lifecycle
Identify, analyze, and track defects through to resolution
Contribute to test automation and CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable releases
Support test data creation and management, including flexible and data-driven test scenarios
Participate early in requirement analysis and design discussions to ensure testability and quality from the start
Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and ways of working
Required Qualifications
Solid experience in software quality assurance, including test design and execution in complex systems
Hands-on experience with test automation and modern QA practices (e.g., CI/CD, shift-left testing)
Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, or similar)
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test automation and integration testing.
Nice-to-Have
Experience working with integration testing across distributed systems or microservices
Experience in financial services, trading, clearing, or post-trade systems
Experience applying AI or GenAI in a QA/testing context (e.g., test case generation, data generation, exploratory testing support)
Interest in advancing AI-driven approaches within quality engineering

The base pay for this role is EUR 3000–EUR 3500. The actual pay depends on factors like your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, we offer short-term incentives (bonus or commission) and long-term incentives (equity), where applicable.
