Senior Quality Assurance (Food Industry)

📍 Work Location: Jurong

🕘 Work Hour: 5 days 8.30am – 5.30pm

💰 Salary: Basic up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus

Job Description

• Conduct quality checks on raw materials during production and finished products
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards including HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000
• Monitor hygiene and cleaning practices throughout the production area
• Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure procedures are followed
• Identify quality problems, investigate causes, and implement solutions
• Maintain and update quality documentation and inspection records
• Work with production teams to resolve quality issues
• Handle customer complaints and conduct proper investigations
• Support internal and external regulatory audits
• Ensure proper product labeling, packaging, and storage standards

Requirements

• Experience with food safety systems such as ISO 22000, HACCP, or GMP
• Background in food manufacturing industry
• Ability to conduct inspections and maintain accurate records
