THE OPPORTUNITY<\/b>

We are seeking a <\/span>Senior Quality Engineer<\/b> <\/span>with <\/span>4\u20137 years of experience<\/b> <\/span>in test automation, QA strategy, and quality engineering for enterprise platforms.

You\u2019ll lead efforts to <\/span>define, implement, and optimize QA frameworks<\/b> <\/span>for XenonStack\u2019s <\/span>Agentic AI, Vision AI, and Cloud\-native platforms<\/b> <\/span>\u2014 ensuring products meet the highest standards of <\/span>accuracy, reliability, security, and compliance<\/b>.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>

Test Strategy & Planning<\/b>
<\/p>
Define and implement <\/span>end\-to\-end QA strategies<\/b> <\/span>for enterprise\-grade AI systems.
<\/p><\/li>
Identify <\/span>test requirements, critical areas, and automation opportunities<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Automation & Frameworks<\/b>
<\/p>
Design, build, and maintain <\/span>test automation frameworks<\/b> <\/span>(Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
<\/p><\/li>
Automate <\/span>functional, regression, integration, and API tests<\/b> <\/span>across platforms.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Quality Engineering<\/b>
<\/p>
Conduct <\/span>system, performance, and security testing<\/b> <\/span>for AI/ML\-powered platforms.
<\/p><\/li>
Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate <\/span>tests into CI/CD pipelines<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Monitor production environments for <\/span>bugs, anomalies, and quality regressions<\/b>.

Cross\-Functional Collaboration<\/b>

Work closely with developers, product managers, and AI engineers to ensure <\/span>requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with enterprise needs<\/b>.

Partner with security engineers to test for <\/span>compliance, resilience, and robustness<\/b>.

Analyze test results, track metrics (defect density, test coverage, automation rate), and recommend improvements.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS<\/b>

Must\-Have<\/b>

4\u20137 years in <\/span>QA, test automation, or quality engineering<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong knowledge of <\/span>QA methodologies, tools, and best practices<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Hands\-on with <\/span>automation frameworks<\/b> <\/span>(Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit).
<\/p><\/li>
Solid understanding of <\/span>API testing<\/b> <\/span>(Postman, RestAssured) and <\/span>performance testing tools<\/b> <\/span>(JMeter, Locust).
<\/p><\/li>
Proficiency in <\/span>scripting languages<\/b> <\/span>(Python, Java, or JavaScript).
<\/p><\/li>
Experience with <\/span>CI/CD pipelines<\/b> <\/span>and version control (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Familiarity with <\/span>cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)<\/b> <\/span>and microservices testing.
