Senior Recruiter
NavSav Insurance is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Recruiter to play a critical role in attracting, developing, and leading top recruiting talent across the organization. This hands-on leadership position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting while also overseeing and mentoring a team of recruiters to support the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting for senior-level, specialized, and high-impact roles across the organization.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development for a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance recruiting culture.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and talent strategy.
- Establish, track, and optimize recruiting metrics and KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Develop and continuously improve recruiting processes, workflows, and tools to support scalability and efficiency.
- Ensure consistent recruiting standards, candidate messaging, and best practices across all hiring activity.
- Proactively source and build pipelines of passive and active candidates for critical roles.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with HR, onboarding, and operations teams to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a senior recruiter or lead recruiter with hands-on full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
- Prior experience leading, mentoring, or informally managing recruiters or recruiting teams.
- Strong understanding of recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities without sacrificing quality.
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruiting metrics to drive improvement and results.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in the insurance, financial services, or professional services industries.
- Background supporting rapid growth, multi-location, or acquisition-driven organizations.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technology platforms.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership on strategic talent initiatives.
