Senior Recruiter / Senior Talent Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Recruiter / Senior Talent Partner based in India.

This role is a high-impact, senior-level talent acquisition position focused on delivering complex and strategic hiring across consulting, technology, and supply chain domains. You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, owning end-to-end recruitment for niche and hard-to-fill roles in a fast-paced, global environment. The role requires strong ownership of hiring outcomes, with a focus on improving quality of hires, reducing time-to-fill, and strengthening overall hiring discipline. You will work closely with leadership teams across multiple time zones, including North America, ensuring alignment with business needs and market realities. Beyond execution, you will play a key role in shaping hiring strategy through data-driven insights and process improvements. This is a senior individual contributor role with strong visibility, influence, and a clear pathway toward talent acquisition leadership. Accountabilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for senior, niche, and hard-to-fill roles across consulting, technology, and supply chain domains.
  • Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, competencies, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies across North America and global markets, ensuring high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Conduct structured interviews, guide hiring decisions, and ensure consistency and fairness in candidate evaluation.
  • Influence role scoping, leveling, and hiring feasibility based on market insights and talent availability.
  • Drive timely hiring decisions by facilitating debriefs, resolving misalignment, and addressing bias or indecision.
  • Partner with stakeholders to advise on market conditions, compensation expectations, and hiring trade-offs.
  • Analyze recruitment funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and enhance candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to manage requisitions, submissions, and interview coordination.
  • Contribute to process improvements, hiring playbooks, and recruiter enablement initiatives.
  • Requirements:

    • 7–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in consulting, technology, or services-led organizations.
    • Proven track record of hiring for complex, senior, or niche roles in competitive talent markets.
    • Strong experience recruiting for supply chain, logistics, or enterprise technology domains is highly desirable.
    • Hands-on expertise in sourcing, candidate assessment, and end-to-end offer management.
    • Experience hiring across US and Canada markets, with strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
    • Familiarity with work visa processes and cross-border hiring compliance.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior hiring managers and business leaders.
    • Data-driven mindset with exposure to recruiting analytics, workforce planning, or funnel optimization (nice to have).
    • Experience mentoring or guiding other recruiters is an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
