industries, and countries<\/span> Source, screen, interview, and endorse qualified candidates for various positions<\/span> Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for hard\-to\-fill, high\-volume, and specialized roles<\/span> Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across different international markets<\/span> Use LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, Boolean search, online communities, and other sourcing channels to attract qualified talent<\/span> Conduct initial interviews, behavioral assessments, and competency\-based evaluations<\/span> Assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, work experience, technical fit, culture fit, and long\-term potential<\/span> Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers<\/span> Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and professional experience<\/span> Support offer discussions, salary alignment, and candidate negotiation when needed<\/span> Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and timeline expectations<\/span> Provide market insights, candidate availability updates, and recruitment recommendations<\/span> Help refine job descriptions, screening questions, and interview criteria<\/span> Ensure hiring managers receive qualified candidates within agreed turnaround times<\/span> Maintain clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders regarding recruitment progress<\/span> Track recruitment activity, candidate progress, and hiring outcomes using ATS, HRIS, project management tools, and recruitment trackers<\/span> Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time\-to\-fill, time\-to\-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and candidate pipeline health<\/span> Maintain accurate and updated candidate records, interview notes, and recruitment reports<\/span> Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase recruitment efficiency and candidate quality<\/span> Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire<\/span> Represent Teamficient professionally across job boards, social media platforms, and candidate communication channels<\/span> Promote Teamficient as a preferred remote employer for global talent<\/span> Support employer branding initiatives, hiring campaigns, and online recruitment events<\/span> Ensure every candidate receives timely, respectful, and professional communication throughout the hiring process<\/span> Follow recruitment best practices and ethical hiring standards<\/span> Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with applicable labor requirements and internal hiring guidelines<\/span> Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, recruitment tools, sourcing methods, and remote hiring practices<\/span> At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a senior recruiter, lead recruiter, or talent acquisition role<\/span> Proven experience handling end\-to\-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer stage<\/span> Strong experience in high\-volume recruitment and fast\-paced hiring environments<\/span> Experience recruiting for remote, international, offshore, or global roles is highly preferred<\/span> Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, Boolean search, referrals, and talent communities<\/span> Excellent interviewing, screening, candidate assessment, and shortlisting skills<\/span> Ability to manage multiple roles and hiring priorities at the same time<\/span> Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills<\/span> Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision<\/span> Comfortable using ATS, HRIS, spreadsheets, and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Zoho, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals<\/span> Ability to work effectively in a remote, night\-shift or graveyard\-shift setup<\/span> Additional language skills, including Spanish, are a plus but not required<\/span> High\-performance laptop or desktop, preferably Intel i7 or equivalent with at least 16GB RAM<\/span> Stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps<\/span> Backup internet connection or backup ISP<\/span> Noise\-canceling headset for calls and
