Job Summary

Drive business growth by leading sales and recruitment activities, assessing talent fit, and leveraging market insights to support clients’ human capital needs in specialized industries.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and execute multi-channel sales and marketing strategies to develop business with new and existing clients
  • Screen, qualify, and assess candidates for job and organizational fit to identify high-potential talent
  • Utilize internal databases and external channels to source and select candidates within specialized functions or industries
  • Build and sustain trusted client relationships by delivering in-depth industry and employment market intelligence through research and Randstad data
  • Monitor and analyze market and sector trends to advise clients on human capital development opportunities
  • Other Adhoc admin duties as assigned

Required competencies and certifications

  • Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI Basic Certified)
  • Ability to create business opportunities and influence client decisions effectively
  • Commercial and digital literacy to support recruitment sales in Construction, Engineering, Facilities, or Supply Chain sectors
  • Motivation and drive to consistently achieve performance targets

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience, considered for senior roles
