Pay Range
Up to £36,000 (depending on experience) plus uncapped bonus

Driving Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential
Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home (after induction)

What You’ll Be Doing
Client Development: Build strong partnerships with clients through proactive outbound business development and providing tailored permanent recruitment solutions.
Talent Attraction: Source and engage high-quality candidates for permanent placements. This includes writing compelling job adverts, proactive headhunting, networking, and leveraging social media to maintain a robust candidate pool.
Desk Growth: Expand your portfolio by winning new clients, ensuring a steady flow of permanent placements and maximising revenue opportunities.
