Role Summary

As a Senior Regional Performance Analyst, you will support multiple market finance teams by delivering high-quality financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and business insights. You'll play a key role in driving standardization, automation, and process excellence across regional FP&A while partnering with senior stakeholders to improve business performance. With broad exposure to P&L delivery and strategic finance initiatives, this role offers an excellent platform for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance reports covering sales, margins, costs, and P&L performance.
  • Support Rolling Forecasts, Annual Plans, Strategic Planning, and Month-End Close activities across multiple markets.
  • Perform variance analysis, financial modelling, and provide insights to support commercial decision-making.
  • Manage data extraction, validation, and reporting through SAP, Power BI, and other financial systems while ensuring data accuracy and governance.
  • Drive reporting standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the Regional FP&A Centre of Excellence.
  • Partner with regional, global, and local finance teams to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities while supporting senior stakeholders.

So, What does it take to be successful in this role?

  • FP&A Expertise – Bachelor's degree or professional finance qualification with 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Strong Analytical & Technical Skills – Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP (or equivalent ERP systems), and Power BI, with the ability to analyse large datasets and generate meaningful business insights.
  • Industry Experience – Prior experience within FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, or other fast-paced commercial environments is highly desirable.
  • Business Partnering & Communication – Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Growth Mindset – A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative professional with excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
