How you’ll make an impact

Play a key role in driving growth within the Indigenous agriculture and agri-food sector in Canada. As a Senior Relationship Management Associate, you’ll be part of a remote sales team working closely with Senior Relationship Managers, First Nations, Metis Settlements, community members and external partners to deliver financing and advising solutions for complex portfolios. You’ll support Senior Relationship Managers in managing customer accounts, strengthening relationships, and delivering a seamless customer experience. You’ll also identify opportunities and contribute to business growth through proactive relationship management. About 25% of your time will be dedicated to team administration tasks, including target and portfolio reporting, managing sponsorship and operating budgets, and developing marketing strategies.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in collaborative and autonomous environments and builds on others' ideas. You’re a relationship-driven, analytical thinker, problem solver and highly motivated individual who turns customer interactions into insights and opportunities. You’re a strong communicator and active listener who’s confident in engaging Indigenous Nations, Economic Development Corporations, and industry stakeholders.

You bring a passion for agriculture and customer experience, paired with curiosity, adaptability, and a team-first mindset. Comfortable navigating complexity, you enjoy working in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment where you create value in every interaction.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with Senior Relationship Managers to build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and stakeholders

  • Support relationship management by identifying customer needs and contributing to tailored solutions

  • Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries, responding promptly while identifying potential sales opportunities

  • Deliver a strong customer experience by managing requests efficiently and adding value in each interaction

  • Attend customer meetings and marketing events to strengthen partnerships and promote FCC

  • Support prospecting activities and collaborate with the sales team to prioritize actions that drive business growth
