Meet your future team
You will join the Global Rewards & Mobility team, working closely with HR Business Partners and leaders across multiple countries. The team plays a key role in ensuring competitive, fair, and transparent reward structures that support business strategy and employee engagement.
In this role, you will collaborate in an international environment, contribute to global initiatives, and influence how rewards are designed and delivered across VELUX. You will be part of a team that values insight, partnership, and continuous improvement.

What we offer

In this role, you will take ownership of key compensation processes and contribute to the ongoing development of global reward frameworks.

More specifically, your tasks will be to:

  • Manage and continuously improve compensation, incentive programs, and related processes across legal entities globally
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to provide expert guidance on salary benchmarking and tailored compensation decisions
  • Drive the annual global salary review process from design to execution
  • Maintain and develop the global job architecture, including job grading and evaluation methodologies
  • Use data insights to support decision-making and identify reward-related opportunities and challenges
  • Support the design and implementation of variable pay and incentive programs
  • Participate in and lead global and local compensation and benefits projects
  • Contribute to the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and strengthen transparency practices

What you will bring
You bring strong expertise in compensation and benefits, combined with a collaborative mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures.
Moreover, we expect that you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in compensation & benefits, preferably in an international environment
  • Have knowledge of a formal job grading methodology
  • Demonstrate strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
  • Are comfortable working in a global, intercultural environment
  • Possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Have professional fluency in English
  • Are able to manage projects with ownership, resilience, and a proactive approach
