• Own features end-to-end (design deployment)
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions
• Ensure code quality, testing, and best practices
• Mentor and support junior developers
• Troubleshoot and optimise system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Ruby on Rails (modern practices)
• REST APIs & integrations
• PostgreSQL / MySQL
• Frontend tools (Hotwire, Turbo, Stimulus - advantageous)
• Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Docker & CI/CD pipelines

Experience

• 5-8+ years software development experience
• Experience building production-grade applications
