Senior Rust Engineer

We’re partnering with a well-funded, fast-growing tech company to hire a Senior Rust Engineer to join their team.

• Build and maintain high-quality software systems that support large-scale product and platform requirements
• Contribute to system design and architecture in cloud-based, distributed environments
• Develop scalable and efficient solutions with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability
• Improve system health through monitoring, debugging, profiling, and continuous optimization
• Work across backend services, internal tools, and system integrations as needed by the platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while contributing to engineering standards, code quality, and knowledge sharing
