Senior Sales Admin Executive (Sales Support)

As a Senior Logistics Admin Executive, some of your additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities of service or technical personnel focusing on quality and efficiency in delivery (Internal).
  • Liaising with customers for delivery schedule and status (External).
  • Answer customer telephone and email inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints and respond where applicable (External & Internal).
  • Understand the needs and requirements of customers in order to provide the right information, and assistance (External &Internal).
  • Follow-up and coordination with customers, and internal teams (General).
  • Any other assigned duties related to the customer service and operations function.
  • Coordinating for deliveries, deployment, etc. (Internal).
  • Responsible for issuing Proforma Invoice and payment.
  • Responsible for export schedule updating.
  • Responsible for shipping documentation and filing.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales administration & leading a team.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
