We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Business Head to lead our newly established construction chemical factory at Madhyamgram Badu Road. This is a senior leadership position with complete profit and loss responsibility for the entire business operation. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in the construction chemical industry, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics in the region.<\/span>

KRAs:<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b>

  • P&L Management:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Own the full profit and loss of the factory, including revenue, costs, and profitability.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strategic Sales Leadership:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business growth, revenue, and market share targets.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Team Management:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Recruit, mentor, and lead a high\-performing sales team of any size. Provide guidance, set clear targets, and conduct performance reviews to ensure team success.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Market & Business Development:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, dealers, and distributors.<\/span>

  • Operational Oversight:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations, from production and logistics to finance and customer service.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Industry Expertise: A minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., Regional Head, General Manager, Business Head, Cluster Head, or Territory Manager<\/span><\/span><\/span>) within the construction chemical industry is mandatory.
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Domain Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of construction chemical products like admixtures, waterproofing, sealants, grouts, and industrial flooring is essential.
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and driving business growth.
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyse market trends, competitor activities, and financial data to make informed business decisions.
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Preferred Companies: Candidates with prior experience at companies like Pidilite, Fosroc, Sika, Mapei, Ardex, or Saint\-Gobain will be given preference.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
