Sell& Lead with dedication-Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. You are expected to generate, manage, and close opportunities independentlyin addition to leading a small team of excellent Salespeople.
Leverage Your Network -Bring and expand your own strong portfolio of installer and distribution network and relationships to accelerate our market reach and sales velocity.
Champion Customer Excellence -Place the customer at the center of everything. Understand their needs, deliver outstanding service, and build long-term trust and loyalty.
Drive Revenue Growth -Develop and execute strategic sales& businessplans to consistently exceed revenue targets. Prioritize high-impact accounts and deliver results.
Position with Authority -Confidently communicate the value proposition of our storage solutions, technically and commercially. Differentiate us clearly from competitors.
Collaborate Internally -Partner closely with internal teams—including marketing, operations, product, and executive leadershipto deliver an aligned, best-in-class customer experience.
RepresentEternal Planet-Act as the face of the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer engagements. Build brand awareness and new business opportunities.
