Senior Sales Engineer

  1. Responsible for achieving and growing company revenue as well as pursue new accounts development in all Sector
  2. Promoting and sell our existing/new products & services
  3. Take pride in professional account servicing and be committed to close every business deal with integrity and thorough servicing
  4. Meet and liaise with clients to understand their requirements and needs, providing regular updates on products and services (include providing technical support)
  5. Maintain good relationship with clients
  6. Participate and provide ideas during internal brainstorming sessions and occasionally for client pitches
  7. Determining the requirements of customers, such as budgets and timelines, and communicating them to other members of the team
  8. Creating documentation of new projects or services to help ensure that they are implemented successfully
  9. Working with engineering staff to ensure that products fit the customer’s needs or specifications
  10. Respond to sales enquires & quotation
  11. Perform after sales support duties to meet customer expectation
  12. Prepare monthly forecast and sales report
  13. Follow the KPI closely given by your Supervisors
  14. Plan and develop sales idea
  15. Communication with Email and Microsoft Teams
  16. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
