Senior Sales Engineer
- Responsible for achieving and growing company revenue as well as pursue new accounts development in all Sector
- Promoting and sell our existing/new products & services
- Take pride in professional account servicing and be committed to close every business deal with integrity and thorough servicing
- Meet and liaise with clients to understand their requirements and needs, providing regular updates on products and services (include providing technical support)
- Maintain good relationship with clients
- Participate and provide ideas during internal brainstorming sessions and occasionally for client pitches
- Determining the requirements of customers, such as budgets and timelines, and communicating them to other members of the team
- Creating documentation of new projects or services to help ensure that they are implemented successfully
- Working with engineering staff to ensure that products fit the customer’s needs or specifications
- Respond to sales enquires & quotation
- Perform after sales support duties to meet customer expectation
- Prepare monthly forecast and sales report
- Follow the KPI closely given by your Supervisors
- Plan and develop sales idea
- Communication with Email and Microsoft Teams
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
