Senior Sales Executive
Role Overview:
We are a Corporate Secretarial and Accounting firm looking for a Customer Success Senior Executive. This is a revenue role. You will follow up on leads, convert them into sales, and grow relationships with existing clients.
Why This Role Matters:
In a professional services firm, our technical experts—Corporate Secretaries and Accountants—provide solutions and complete the work for clients, allowing them to focus on their business. They make a difference to our clients, but we only have clients to serve because client experts share our solutions with them.
That is where you come in.
You are the bridge between our technical team and the clients who need us. Every lead that comes in, every enquiry that lands in our inbox, goes through you. You are the one who picks up the phone, understands what the client is having challenges with, and matches them to the right solution. You are the one who spots that a client using only our incorporation services probably needs accounting support too—and you are the one who makes that happen.
In short: You are the rainmaker who brings revenue in the door. Without you, leads go cold, opportunities are missed, and the technical team spends time they do not have trying to sell instead of deliver.
We are a growing firm. We want someone who treats this role like a business owner—someone who takes ownership of the numbers and wants to see the company succeed because their success is tied directly to it.
You are responsible for:
- Convert Leads into Revenue: Enquiries come in daily from business owners and entrepreneurs. You respond, you consult, and you close. You turn interest into satisfied clients.
- Grow What We Have: You will review our existing client base and proactively identify who needs additional services. A client using us for bookkeeping may need corporate secretarial support and vice versa. You find that and you act on it.
- Own the Full Cycle: From the first discovery call to sending a proposal and handling negotiations, you own the process. You do not hand things off and you enjoy the fulfillment of making things happen.
- Protect the Team's Time: The technical team relies on you to bring in work that is properly scoped and priced. You make their job easier by selling it right the first time.
- Track What Matters: You maintain your pipeline, you follow up relentlessly, and you report on what is working. You are accountable for your numbers.
