Lead and supervise sales advisors in a retail environment specializing in health supplements, ensuring effective product training and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise sales advisors to ensure high-quality customer service and achievement of sales targets
  • Deliver comprehensive product training to sales advisors to enhance their knowledge of health supplements and improve sales effectiveness
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to optimize team results
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health supplement products to support training and customer engagement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Knowledge of health supplements
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a retail shop environment
