Dream Big. Go Beyond. Be Unstoppable.
About Us
Kyriba is a global fintech leader empowering CFOs and finance teams with cloud-based treasury, payments, risk management and working capital solutions. We serve 3,000+ customers worldwide, managing $15 trillion in payments annually and helping businesses optimize liquidity performance across the enterprise.
We're on a mission to become the most sought-after cloud technology company globally. We think big, innovate relentlessly, and challenge the status quo every day. If you are a problem-solver who’s ready to push boundaries and achieve more than you thought possible-you'll find an exceptional career within an extraordinary business.
What you’ll do
- Leverage deep insurance industry networks and targeted prospecting to generate qualified leads and pipeline across P&C carriers, life & annuity insurers, reinsurers, specialty lines, and managing general agents (MGAs).
- Develop and manage strategic, high-value relationships with key decision-makers including CFOs, Group Treasurers, Chief Investment Officers, and Risk Officers.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery and business case development through to contract negotiation, close, and post-sale expansion.
- Position Kyriba's treasury, liquidity, payments, and FX/currency risk solutions as mission-critical tools for insurance finance and treasury teams.
- Identify and articulate compelling ROI use cases specific to insurance — including investment cash flow forecasting, claims payment efficiency, regulatory liquidity requirements (e.g., Solvency II, NAIC), and counterparty risk management.
- Lead and co-ordinate responses to formal RFI/RFP/RFQ processes common within large insurance organizations.
- Provide market and competitive intelligence back to product, marketing, and management teams based on prospect feedback and insurance industry trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Kyriba pre-sales, value engineering, product, legal, and finance teams to craft winning proposals.
- Travel across territory to cultivate relationships with target insurance accounts, industry bodies, and strategic partners (e.g., Big 4 consulting firms, insurance-focused SI partners).
- Maintain accurate opportunity data, pipeline forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce; deliver regular monthly projections and quarterly committed forecasts.
What you bring
- 5–10+ years of experience selling complex enterprise cloud software, with a proven track record of success selling into insurance carriers, reinsurers, or financial services organizations (insurance vertical experience is a core requirement).
- A natural hunter mentality with an outstanding ability to build pipeline from scratch and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong understanding of insurance finance and treasury operations — including investment management, claims payments, premium cash flows, regulatory capital, and FX/currency exposure.
- A strong background in SaaS solutions spanning Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Payments, FX/Currency Risk, or Supply Chain Finance is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with insurance-specific regulatory frameworks such as Solvency II (EU), NAIC risk-based capital (US), or equivalent — and the ability to connect compliance drivers to Kyriba's value proposition.
- Experience with comprehensive account planning, relationship mapping, and executive-level engagement following structured methodologies such as Target Account Selling, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, or similar.
- A proven track record of navigating significant organizational complexity within large insurance groups, bringing innovation and creativity to overcome obstacles.
- Strong consultative and insight-driven selling skills — the ability to educate, challenge assumptions, and bring genuine value to every customer interaction.
- Experience articulating complex SaaS solutions to diverse buying committees including finance, treasury, IT, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
- Proven ability to grow revenue, manage accounts, and drive net new ARR within a defined territory or vertical.
