Senior Sales Executive (Key Accounts)
Job Description
- Managing key retail accounts (e.g., modern trade, general trade partners, departmental, baby Stores) in driving the business growth to achieve company’s objectives .
- Identify growth opportunities through gap analysis, market trends, and competitor benchmarking.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize product mix, pricing, promotions, and shelf visibility.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team & Product Team to develop growth plans tailored to each account’s unique dynamics.
- Plan & Implement account-specific promotions and in-store brand visibility.
- Execute promotional plans and ensure placement of POS materials and planogram compliance in stores.
- Plan & Execute stock transition for new product launches.
- Coordinate with retailers to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and availability of products.
- Build strong working relationships with customer.
- Track competitor activities and provide feedback to the team to adapt strategies
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: (e.g. Marketing,Finance, Operations, )
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, preferably with experience in Supermarket/ General Trade/ Departmental Stores channel
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office( Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI, Business Central
- Hands-on experience with retail execution, distributor management, or working with modern trade accounts
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
