Senior Sales Executive

Sunollo is a fast-growing rooftop solar solutions company focused on serving landed residential homes in Singapore. We are looking for a Senior Executive – Residential Solar Sales to convert qualified leads into signed rooftop solar installation contracts through in-person consultations with homeowners.

This role is responsible for presenting customized solar system designs and savings proposals, addressing customer questions and objections, closing sales, and ensuring seamless coordination across telesales, design, and installation teams. The role also plays a key part in funnel analysis and continuous improvement of sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Conduct in-person sales consultations with landed homeowners for rooftop solar solutions

  • Present customized solar designs, system sizing, and projected energy savings

  • Explain technical, financial, and operational aspects of rooftop solar clearly and confidently

  • Handle customer objections related to pricing, ROI, technology, installation, and timelines

  • Negotiate within approved commercial frameworks and close/sign contracts

Lead Ownership & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Take ownership of qualified leads handed over from the telesales team

  • Ensure smooth handovers between:

    • Telesales → Sales

    • Sales → Design team

    • Sales → Installation team post contract signing

  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact until deal closure

CRM & Sales Operations

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in HubSpot CRM, including:

    • Customer interactions and meeting notes

    • Proposal status and follow-ups

    • Deal stages and outcomes

Funnel & Performance Analysis

  • Deep dive into lost leads and dropped deals to identify root causes

  • Conduct periodic funnel reviews to identify trends and improvement opportunities

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and sales processes

Product & Industry Knowledge

  • Maintain strong understanding of:

    • Solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, and warranties

    • Installation standards and compliance requirements in Singapore

    • Pricing structures, discounts, and approved vendors

  • Stay updated on:

    • Residential solar market trends

    • Competitor offerings

    • Regulatory and energy market developments

      Ideal Candidate Profile

      Experience

      · 4–6+ years of B2C consultative sales experience, preferably in:

      o Rooftop solar / renewables

      o Home improvement, construction, or high-value residential/real estate solutions

      o Financial Services & Advisory

      · Proven track record of in-person closing with homeowners

      · Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
