Senior Sales Executive, TIC - Water System & Plumbing
- Develops and executes sales strategies for the assigned Water portfolio, maintaining account plans to grow and retain customers.
- Interfaces with customers to promote and sell UL Water testing, inspection, certification, and related TIC solutions.
- Leverages technical credibility and Water domain expertise to build strong relationships with customers and decision-makers.
- Under minimal guidance, manages the end-to-end sales process, engaging Sales Support, Technical Inside Sales, and engineering resources as needed.
- Identifies and advances opportunities for both core and specialty Water products and services; builds and maintains a strong sales pipeline, including new logo opportunities.
- Ensures effective handover to implementation or fulfillment teams to support high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborates with GAMs and SAMs on account planning, providing Water-related insights and identifying growth opportunities.
- Works closely with the Global Water Team to support development and execution of UL’s long-term Water business strategy.
- Provides regional support across Asia, assisting country and regional sales teams with complex Water-related customer opportunities and internal coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience, preferred.
- 6+ years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably within Water, Environmental, or TIC sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Water products, services, applications, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with solid business acumen.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with working proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
