We work collaboratively with the Victorian State Government to ensure we fulfill regulatory requirements, deliver State projects and safeguard customer data. The Victorian State Government retains sole responsibility for road access, infrastructure and safety.
Annual salary range: Commensurate with experience

About the opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to shape and deliver a strategic Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)-led growth agenda across Victoria. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a top-down OEM strategy designed to increase adoption of Entry Plate products throughout dealer networks. You will build and strengthen relationships with automotive manufacturers, influence dealer behaviour away from General Issue (GI) plates, and drive product penetration through targeted engagement and aligned commercial initiatives.
Leading the Dealer Sales Team here at VicRoads, you will ensure consistent execution across territories, strong account management and achievement of performance targets. This role offers the chance to drive revenue growth through innovative partnerships, incentive programs, and clear product strategies, while maintaining strong alignment with broader business objectives. With a focus on innovation and engagement, you will drive adoption of Custom Plates products and deliver sustained revenue growth across the network.
