Senior Sales Manager
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving subscriber growth, revenue, and market share for ISP and IPTV services. This includes managing sales teams, developing go\-to\-market strategies, building partnerships, and ensuring customer acquisition and retention targets are met.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n1. Sales Strategy & Planning\nDevelop and execute sales strategies for broadband and IPTV packages.\nIdentify target markets (residential, enterprise, bulk connections).\nAnalyze competitors, pricing, and market trends to position offerings effectively.\n\n2. Team Management\nRecruit, train, and lead field sales executives and channel partners.\nSet sales targets (daily/weekly/monthly) and monitor performance.\nMotivate teams through incentives, commissions, and performance reviews.\n\n3. Customer Acquisition\nDrive new subscriber growth for fiber broadband, Lease line and IPTV services.\nOversee direct sales and indirect sales.\nEnsure strong pipeline management and lead conversion.\n\n4. Channel & Partner Development\nBuild and manage relationships.\nExpand distribution network in new and existing areas.\n\n5. Revenue & Target Achievement\nMeet or exceed monthly revenue and subscriber targets.\nUpsell bundled services (Internet + IPTV + OTT packages).\nMonitor ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) and improve profitability.\n\n6. Customer Retention & Experience\nWork with support teams to reduce churn.\nHandle escalated customer complaints related to sales promises or service issues.\nEnsure proper onboarding and installation coordination.\n\n7. Reporting & Analytics\nTrack KPIs: subscriber growth, churn rate, conversion rate, ARPU.\nPrepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.\nUse CRM tools to manage leads and customer data.
