Senior/Sales Specialist (TIS)

Summary of the Role
This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
This role requires a strategic approach to sales and strong negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a deep understanding of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Revenue Generation
Develop and execute strategic sales plan and exceed the target
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Conduct product presentations to potential customer / KOL
2. Client Relationship Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for high value customer, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with marketing to enhance customer engagement and retention
Handling customer complaint
3. Market and Competitive Analysis
Stay Update on the industry trends, competitor activities, market situation and market intelligent to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market demands, potential product improvements.
4. Sales Reporting and Forecasting
Maintain accurate record of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in dashboard report
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts in respected territory / account for leaders to review
5. Leadership and Mentorship
Share best practice and contribute to a high-performance sales culture
Functional / Technical Skills
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Self-starter with a strong results orientation and a proven ability to drive business toward long-term goals.
Experience in the cardiovascular therapy field or related industry.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the medical device industry.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Education & Experience
Minimum bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical engineering, or pharmacy.
A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in medical sales is mandatory.
Experience managing a cardiovascular portfolio is mandatory.
Willingness to be based in Jakarta.
