Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer with 2.5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Salesforce platform development, customization, and integrations, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical discussions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment plans.
  • Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 2.5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • SOQL/SOSL
    • Salesforce Flows
    • Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
    • Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience working with Git and CI/CD tools.
  • Understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce clouds beyond Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, such as:
    • Field Service
    • Experience Cloud
    • Marketing Cloud
    • Health Cloud
    • Financial Services Cloud
    • Education Cloud
    • CPQ
    • Data Cloud
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft or similar middleware tools
