Senior SAP Ariba Administrator
As a Senior SAP Ariba Administrator, you will support the operations in ongoing developments of our SAP Ariba environment—with a focus on the modules Buying, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Sourcing, and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP). In this role, you will actively drive the technical optimization of our digital procurement systems and independently implement new requirements.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as contact person for SAP Ariba regarding technical issues and incidents
- Administration of SAP Ariba modules Buying, P2P environment, Sourcing, SLP (Supplier Lifecycle and Performance)
- First-level support for end users regarding technical system issues
- Maintain user roles and permissions; configure and maintain upstream and downstream business rules
- Perform certain import and export of file loads; perform ad hoc re-routing of approvals for purchase requisitions
- Provide guidance for custom catalogs and assist with enabling punchout vendors
- Ensure that company policies are properly applied to purchasing transactions in Ariba
- Create and manage information related to Ariba Master Data
- Identifying opportunities for optimization
- Designing and implementing new functionalities in close collaboration with the process owners
- Coordinating tests for updates and new releases
- Creation and maintenance of process and system documentation
- Evaluating new Ariba features and releases for their relevance to the company
Your skills and competencies:
- Experience with SAP Ariba modules, particularly – Buying, P2P environment, Sourcing, SLP (Supplier Lifecycle and Performance)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an Ariba Administrator role or similar environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work across departments and coordinate time-sensitive tasks
- Experience with system configuration, integration scenarios, and release management is a plus
