This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile ceremonies with delivery outcomes (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) aligned to key implementation phases (Fit-Gap, Build, SIT, UAT, Go-Live).
  • Drive sprint execution discipline by ensuring user stories are well-defined, estimated, and tied to functional deliverables (configurations, integrations, reports).
  • Enforce Agile governance while tailoring ceremonies for ERP delivery realities (longer cycles, cross-module dependencies, release milestones).
  • Enable teams to decompose complex business processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, Record-to-Report, Supply Chain flows) into executable backlog items and sprint deliverables.
  • Proactively remove delivery impediments across functional, technical, and integration layers (e.g., data, environments, dependencies, resource constraints).
  • Drive escalation and resolution of critical issues impacting SIT/UAT timelines, ensuring continuity of delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (functional consultants, developers, integration teams, data migration, QA) to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and release plans.
  • Own delivery tracking using Agile and ERP metrics (velocity, burn-down, backlog health, defect trends, UAT readiness, milestone adherence).
  • Manage interdependencies across modules, integrations, and third-party systems to mitigate risks impacting end-to-end delivery.
  • Ensure execution against key milestones (Design sign-off, SIT completion, UAT readiness, cutover, go-live) with proactive risk identification and mitigation.
  • Act as a central coordination point between project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to maintain transparency on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Drive structured governance cadence (status reporting, RAID logs, sprint summaries, milestone tracking) aligned to ERP program expectations.
  • Facilitate scope, prioritization, and change discussions ensuring alignment across business and delivery teams while protecting timelines and delivery quality.
  • Support UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness communication, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on progress, risks, and decision points.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in ERP implementation or consulting projects (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum) and ERP lifecycle methodologies (Fit-gap, Build, SIT, UAT)
  • Demonstrated servant leadership, enabling teams to deliver outcomes through coaching, support, and accountability.
  • Hands-on expertise in backlog refinement and sprint readiness, ensuring well-defined, prioritized, and dependency-aware user stories.
  • Proven ability to manage risks and cross-workstream dependencies across functional, technical, integration, and data tracks.
  • Experience driving Agile metrics and reporting (velocity, burn-down, predictability, defect trends) to ensure delivery transparency and performance.
  • Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder alignment skills across cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Must have knowledge with agile project management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA)
  • Experience working with distributed/global teams (onshore–offshore models) with effective coordination across time zones.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) is preferred
  • Preferred experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Salesforce
  • Understanding of enterprise processes, including Field Services, CRM, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in complex organizational setups
  • Proven to lead teams to achieve results through active leadership, accountability and having crucial conversations
