🔐 Position Details

• Rank: Senior Security Officer (SSO)
• Shift: Night Shift (Only) – 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Off-Days: 6 off-days

📌 Job Scope / Responsibilities

As a Senior Security Officer (SSO), your key responsibilities include:

✅ Perform access control for members, guests, visitors, and contractors
✅ Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety, security, and orderliness
✅ Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to incidents or alarms
✅ Handle incidents and emergencies in accordance with SOPs
✅ Enforce site rules, regulations, and security procedures
✅ Maintain accurate occurrence books and incident reports
✅ Provide courteous and professional service to members and visitors
✅ Guide and support junior officers when required
✅ Liaise with supervisors, management, and relevant authorities

✅ Requirements

✔ Valid PLRD Security License (SSO rank)
✔ At least 1–2 years of relevant security experience preferred
✔ Able to commit to night shifts
✔ Physically fit, alert, and well-groomed
✔ Good communication and customer service skills
✔ Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
