The Senior Security Shift Manager will ensure security deliverables for audits, client visits, emergency are timely delivered with quality.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement including police, other functions, security vendors , functional teams, clients etc.

  • Ensure all returns and reports are submitted on time.

  • Update LSH/ZSH about any incidents/accidents impacting organisation .

  • Resolving SIRs, project issues, compiling manpower documentation as per MSA.

  • Physically Fit and Mentally alert .

  • Managing Access control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Intrusion detection Systems.

  • Project oversight and location level support.

  • Monitoring SOC alerts for control and response.

  • Manpower management form various vendors.

  • Ensure security deliverables for audits, client visits, emergency are timely delivered with quality.

  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of Experience of Core Security Operations in Large Company of global repute ,preferably in Service Sector.

Graduation, NCC exposure and CPP credential will be a Plus.

  • Fluent in English. Regional language fluency is welcome.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, share point, ability to interpret data for requisite actions able to generate daily security related incident reports.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing and motivating a security team.
  • Knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety.
  • Demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills.
