Senior Security Specialist

As a Senior Security Specialist in Nokia's Information Security SAS Analysis & Advisory team, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our cybersecurity posture. Your role involves conducting in-depth security assessments and implementing a secure-by-design approach across IT and business operations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate security strategies into actionable initiatives while acting as a trusted advisor to promote best practices.

  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments and audits for IT and business solutions to implement a secure-by-design framework.
  • Translate security strategies into actionable requirements, prioritizing threat modeling and alerting protocols.
  • Provide expert security consulting to various teams, ensuring compliance with Nokia Security Policies and guidelines.
  • Evaluate supplier security measures, delivering constructive feedback and recommended improvements.
  • Serve as a Trusted Security Advisor, advocating for best practices to enhance protection of critical assets.
  • Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities in digital solutions through proactive assessments and research.
  • Develop and implement innovative security solutions within Nokia’s Corporate Infrastructure, emphasizing design and validation.
  • Mentor less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative culture focused on security excellence.

Must-Have:

  • Solid technical expertise in cyber security domains (e.g., endpoint security, application security testing)
  • Strong experience with public cloud solutions in multi-cloud environments
  • Practical knowledge of network security and architectural implementations
  • Experience in vulnerability testing and remediation strategies

Nice-to-Have:

  • A degree or master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or related field
  • Cyber security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, GCP Cloud Security Engineer)
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • The ability to convey technical security concepts to non-technical audiences
