Project Overview

This role will be part of our SEO team, leading link building initiatives across multiple European markets. You will own the strategy and execution of diversified link acquisition campaigns, coordinate with external agencies and freelancers, and drive measurable improvements in search visibility and organic performance.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • ✔️ Develop and execute comprehensive link building strategies, including outreach links,web20, crowd links, and other diversified link types.

  • ✔️ Manage and coordinate relationships with external agencies and freelancers to scale link acquisition efforts.

  • ✔️ Lead and support distributed teams to achieve SEO objectives.

  • ✔️ Apply technical and webmaster expertise to optimize site performance and search visibility.

  • ✔️ Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance SEO workflows and efficiency.

  • ✔️ Plan and manage geo-targeted SEO campaigns across European markets and local languages.

  • ✔️ Track, analyze, and report on link building performance and overall SEO results.

📌 Requirements

  • ✔️ 3–5 years of professional experience in SEO, with a focus on link building.

  • ✔️ Demonstrated success in managing link building campaigns and external vendor relationships.

  • ✔️ Strong technical and webmaster background.

  • ✔️ Experience with geo-targeted SEO across European markets, including familiarity with local languages.

  • ✔️ Proven management skills and experience working with distributed or remote teams.

  • ✔️ AI-savvy, with the ability to integrate modern tools into SEO practices.
