About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Service Designer with a strong strategic and operational mindset to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative within a complex enterprise environment in the automotive sector.
This role requires a seasoned practitioner who can operate confidently across business, technology, and operations—connecting the dots between strategy and execution, and ensuring that end-to-end services are designed around real user needs and organizational feasibility.
The Service Designer will act as a key integrator across multiple stakeholders, helping to translate ambiguity into clarity, and shaping coherent, scalable service experiences across the full customer and operational lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate stakeholder and user research across multiple domains and business units
Develop, refine, and maintain end-to-end service blueprints and service ecosystem maps
Identify gaps, overlaps, and inefficiencies in existing service structures and operating models
Synthesize insights from research into clear service opportunities and design directions
Define and evolve personas, user journeys, and experience frameworks
Facilitate alignment workshops with product managers, architects, business analysts, and operational stakeholders
Translate strategic intent into actionable service requirements and design principles
Contribute to the shaping of future operating models and service delivery frameworks
Ensure user-centricity is embedded across processes, systems, and organizational structures
Support prioritization of initiatives based on user needs, business value, and feasibility
Drive continuous improvement by grounding decisions in qualitative and quantitative insights
Requirements:
Extensive experience in service design within complex, large-scale organizations
Strong expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping, and ecosystem design
Proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
Deep understanding of how services are delivered across people, process, and technology layers
Experience working closely with product teams, engineering, and business stakeholders
Strong synthesis skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into structured insights
Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills
Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on delivery levels
Experience in digital product or platform environments is highly preferred
