Senior ServiceNow Consultant (HRSD & CSM) Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Implement and support ITSM processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Configure and enhance HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions including Employee Service Center, HR Case Management, HR Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Workflows.
  • Develop and support Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions including Customer Service Operations, Case Management, Customer Portals, and Omnichannel engagement.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize Service Catalogs, Request Items, Record Producers, Catalog Items, and associated workflows.
  • Develop custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, script includes, and integrations.
  • Utilize Flow Designer and Integration Hub to automate business processes and orchestrate cross-platform workflows.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, Integration Hub, and instance-to-instance integrations.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices for platform design and integration strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
  • Strong implementation experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules including, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Service Catalog
  • Proven experience implementing and supporting, HR Service Delivery (HRSD)Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • Experience with CMDB Event Management Agent, Workspace Flow, Designer Integration, Hub Service Portal / Employee Center
  • Strong ServiceNow platform development expertise.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX, REST API, Integration SOAP Web Services
  • Experience in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Workflows, Flow Designer, Integration Hub
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, security architecture, and platform governance.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • HRSD and/or CSM Implementation Specialist certifications.
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies.
