Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for Software Engineer Senior (Siebel Developer) to join our ever-evolving Enigma team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

  • Key member of the Siebel implementation team executing all project tasks to ensure a successful and high quality delivery of an enterprise solution comprising of Siebel, and other Oracle application technologies

  • Ensure all required deliverables are produced in a timely manner to a high specification adhering to Worldpay standards with full documentation that will allow a successful transition at the end of the project to the business as usual team

  • Ability to work on an individual basis as well as in a team.

  • Providing technical guidance to the design team and the product owners

  • Managing the development team’s workload through the use of Jira and Agile methodology

  • Produce low level designs from functional design specifications using your experience to utilize the relevant Siebel capabilities.

  • Configure the Siebel application to align with functional design specifications. Following Oracle recommended configuration guidelines.

  • Build Siebel web services to interact with external systems within the organization.

  • Troubleshooting/defect fixing, ensuring all updates/changes are documented and retrofitted accordingly.

  • Quality Assurance - ensure that all appropriate procedures are adhered to, conduct configuration reviews.

  • Assisting the delivery lead in estimating and planning development work.

  • Mentoring and training of junior staff and providing technical leadership.

What you’ll bring

  • 7-11 years Siebel configuration and development experience in a project environment.

  • Excellent working knowledge of Siebel Workflow Processes, EAI, Task Based UI, eScript

  • Open UI (Desirable but not essential)

  • Experience of Application development in large, complex Siebel Implementations.

  • Proven experience of working with the development lifecycle

  • Demonstrable track record in delivering work to schedule and specification.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Proven track record of providing technical solutions

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Siebel Open UI Experience

  • Agile and Jira

  • Experience in JAVA, Oracle DB

  • Experience of working across multiple platforms

  • Knowledge of Banking/Payments/Financial (Fintech) industry
