Senior/Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily site activities (schedule, manpower, resources)
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines
• Support cost control and resource optimisation
• Interpret geotechnical data (e.g. soil conditions, CPT) and mitigate project risks
• Maintain and submit project documentation (reports, claims, QA/QC records)
• Implement and ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSEQ standards
• Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Lead and supervise site teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity

Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ground improvement / construction
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD
• Knowledge of geotechnical works and site operations
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
• Comfortable working on-site and outdoors
• WSH certification preferred

Working Hours: 5.5 days; Mon – Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Alt Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm
