Senior Software Developer, Infrastructure

You will lead the design and delivery of infrastructure platforms, services, and tooling that support large-scale application development. You will take ownership of complex technical projects from design through production rollout, contribute code in languages like Go and Python, design and improve Kubernetes-based systems, provision and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, diagnose and resolve high-impact issues in distributed systems, and mentor engineers while guiding architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of infrastructure platforms services and tooling
• Own and deliver complex multi-phase technical projects from design through production
• Develop backend systems and shared services using Go Python or similar languages
• Design and improve Kubernetes-based systems including cluster architecture and controllers
• Provision optimize and scale cloud infrastructure across AWS environments
• Diagnose and resolve high-impact issues across distributed systems to improve reliability and performance
• Mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions

Requirements

• Significant experience building backend or infrastructure systems using Go Python or similar
• Strong experience with Kubernetes
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform
• Experience leading technical projects and guiding architectural decisions
• Experience mentoring engineers
