About The Team:
The Agentic Intelligence (AI) team is leading the way in providing top of the line RPA solutions to our clients. In recognition of our efforts in pushing automation solutions, UiPath has also recognized Abeam Consulting Singapore as a Diamond partner. Apart from this, the team is constantly expanding its capabilities in order to provide a wider suite of DX solutions to our clients and aid them on their transformation journey.
Responsibilities:
- Serve in different capacities as business process analyst, RPA developer, support, and trainer across multiple assignments
- Collaborate with customers to define use cases, optimize processes, and redesign or reengineer IT and business operations
- Gather business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy, and document automation workflows
- Create, review, and maintain BRDs, PDDs, and SDDs for business and solution design
- Deliver process automations in onsite and remote client engagements to ensure successful adoption
- Apply RPA implementation best practices to configure efficient, reusable, and maintainable solutions
- Interpret workflow diagrams and conceptualize them into automated solutions
- Create and document test procedures, scenarios, and cases for pre-UAT and UAT phases
- Conduct thorough testing of packages in hosted or supported deployment environments
- Maintain RPA systems and monitor successful execution of automation processes
- Provide L1–L3 support for existing automations, improve documentation, and implement change requests based on incident priority
- Analyze incidents, determine root causes, and resolve issues in robotic processes within SLA parameters
- Ensure accountability for assigned tasks including fixes, enhancements, and support delivery
- Adhere to guidelines for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 1–2 years of practical experience with the UiPath platform; role level will align with the candidate’s proficiency and background
- Strong expertise in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining application code across diverse contexts
- Ability to interpret and evaluate complex requirements, and define advanced technical and functional solutions
- Hands-on experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) using UiPath Document Understanding preferred; familiarity with other IDP tools (Document Intelligence, Document AI, Staple AI, etc.) is an advantage
- Knowledge of integrating applications via web services/REST APIs, along with experience in RDBMS and open-source databases
- Process-oriented mindset with strong communication, presentation, and articulation skills
- Proven track record in developing automation solutions using UiPath
- Solid experience with software delivery lifecycle methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile
- Prior exposure to automation tools such as Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Kofax Kapow, OpenSpan, Tricentis, or Selenium is beneficial
- Programming experience in C#, VB, .NET, or Python is an added advantage
