We are searching for an innovative technical lead to join our company. As the technical lead, you will oversee the company\u2019s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your

team and inspire them to reach their goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:<\/b>

\u2022 Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
<\/div>

<\/div>
\u2022 Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
<\/div>

<\/div>
\u2022 Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to
<\/div>
standard.
<\/div>

<\/div>
\u2022 Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
<\/div>

<\/div>
\u2022 Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss
<\/div>
improvements.
<\/div>

<\/div>
\u2022 Keeping up\-to\-date with industry trends and developments.
<\/div>

<\/div>
\u2022 Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
<\/div>

<\/div>
\u2022 Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns
<\/span><\/div>

<\/div>
\u2022 Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
<\/div>

<\/div>
\u2022 Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
<\/div>

<\/div>
Experience and Exposures in various domains\-<\/b>
<\/span><\/div>
  • Experience in microservices architecture.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience with performance optimization and security best\npractices.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    Desired Candidate Profile:<\/b>

    \u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
    <\/div>

    \u2022 12+ years of experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
    <\/div>

    \u2022 Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
    <\/div>

    <\/div>
    \u2022 Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

    \u2022 Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
