Senior Software Engineer, Backend - Platform (Core AI Automation)
You will explore and apply advanced GenAI techniques, including LLMs and Agentic AI, to solve complex challenges. You will write high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Go, architect scalable and secure cloud systems, build integration pipelines with third-party vendors, debug production issues, review designs for security and scalability, and mentor colleagues while applying human-in-the-loop practices and responsible use of generative AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Explore and apply advanced GenAI techniques including LLMs and Agentic AI
- Lead project execution by managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Write high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Go
- Architect scalable, secure systems using modern cloud technologies
- Mentor team members on design principles and coding standards
- Debug complex technical issues to improve reliability and scalability
- Review and ensure security, scalability, and architectural integrity of designs
- Build pipelines to integrate with third-party vendors and streamline workflows
- Apply human-in-the-loop practices and responsibly use generative AI tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Proven experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services
- Experience with microservice architecture
- Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs
- Deep understanding of software engineering best practices and code quality
- Strong system design and coding skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots
