Job Summary:<\/b><\/span> <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with 5\u20138 years of backend development experience to design and build scalable microservices for a cloud<\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span>based IoT platform. The role involves developing services that process high<\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span>volume IoT data, integrating with MQTT<\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span>based device communication, and supporting a multi<\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span>tenant BOS system. The ideal candidate must be strong in distributed systems, backend engineering, and performance<\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span>oriented design.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

  • Design and develop <\/span>scalable, high<\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span>performance microservices.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Implement <\/span>REST/gRPC APIs <\/span>for BOS and external integrations.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Build services that consume, validate, and process <\/span>MQTT messages.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Implement robust message parsing, retry logic, and fault<\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span>tolerant mechanisms.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Handle real<\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span>time and batch IoT data ingestion workflows.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Work with <\/span>PostgreSQL <\/span>for persistence, optimized queries, and large datasets.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Implement distributed system patterns: asynchronous messaging, idempotency, consistency.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Optimize systems for <\/span>high throughput and low latency.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Write clean, maintainable, testable code following engineering best practices.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Work closely with System Architect, Cloud Architect, DevOps, and QA teams.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Improve system reliability and support continuous enhancements.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

    • Strong experience building and deploying <\/span>microservices.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

    • Proven experience working on <\/span>production\-grade distributed systems.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong programming skills in <\/span>C++ / C# / .NET Core / Go <\/span>(at least one is mandatory).<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience with <\/span>REST APIs, <\/span><\/span>gRPC<\/span> <\/span>(optional), and service integration patterns.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong understanding of <\/span>multithreading and concurrency.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience with <\/span>MQTT, message queues, or event\-driven systems.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Knowledge of real\-time data processing concepts.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong <\/span>expertise <\/span>in <\/span>PostgreSQL, query optimization, indexing, and handling large datasets.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
