Senior Software Engineer
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. - Build and integrate tools to optimize contracting, eligibility, and billing processes
- Mentor team members and identify improvement opportunities
- Utilize AI and ML tools to solve complex challenges
- Collaborate and influence stakeholders on future technological directions
- Lead large projects, anticipating infrastructure needs
- Research and advocate for new technologies
- 7+ years of experience writing efficient, tested code
- Familiar with LLMs and GenAI best practices
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue
- Skilled in modern back-end frameworks like Rails or Python
- Proficient with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Strong debugging and optimization skills
- Experience with APIs for mobile applications
- Expert in SDLC processes and frameworks
