Senior Software Sales Executive, Compliance Wire

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including direct contact with potential customers and maintenance of existing customers.
  • Understand customer compliance needs and provide corresponding software solutions.
  • Work with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals and business case studies.
  • Manage the sales funnel, including tracking sales opportunities and achieving sales targets.
  • Participate in industry conferences and seminars to expand the market influence of the company and products.
  • Work with the marketing team to jointly develop sales strategies and marketing plans.
  • Communicate with customers regularly to ensure continued customer satisfaction and loyalty to the product.
  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices.
  • Familiar with relevant life science industry regulations and standards.
  • Experience in QMS, DMS, and LMS is a plus
  • Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in engineering or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software
  • Relevant technical capabilities related to assigned specialty product / service
  • 3+ years of related sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Business acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes
