Senior Software Sales Executive, Compliance Wire
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including direct contact with potential customers and maintenance of existing customers.
- Understand customer compliance needs and provide corresponding software solutions.
- Work with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals and business case studies.
- Manage the sales funnel, including tracking sales opportunities and achieving sales targets.
- Participate in industry conferences and seminars to expand the market influence of the company and products.
- Work with the marketing team to jointly develop sales strategies and marketing plans.
- Communicate with customers regularly to ensure continued customer satisfaction and loyalty to the product.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Familiar with relevant life science industry regulations and standards.
- Experience in QMS, DMS, and LMS is a plus
- Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in engineering or related field
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software
- Relevant technical capabilities related to assigned specialty product / service
- 3+ years of related sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Business acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes
