Senior Special Process Engineer (Aerospace | Heat Treatment)

The Opportunity:

• Permanent Role
• Work Hours: Mon to Fri
• $5,000 - $6,000 Basic + Bonus

Adecco is partnering with a Global Leader in Aerospace & Aviation

The Job:

• Establish, qualify, and sustain special process procedures including heat treatment, surface finishing, coatings, welding, and brazing
• Conduct process capability analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to aerospace regulations and customer standards such as NADCAP, AS9100, and FAA/EASA requirements
• Support daily operations by monitoring process performance and meeting production needs in collaboration with the team

The Talent

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 2–3 years working experience in aerospace manufacturing special process
