About the Role<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

The <\/span><\/span>Senior Specialist \u2013 Education (Mahati Project) will lead project management and program support for the Mahati project in Visakhapatnam, driving research, stakeholder coordination, field operations, and documentation. This role plays a key <\/span><\/span>role<\/span> <\/span>in developing innovative climate\-education pilots, integrating AI\-driven learning solutions, <\/span><\/span>identifying<\/span> <\/span>best practices, and supporting the strategic growth of the initiative.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

The position is based in Visakhapatnam, and the candidate must <\/span><\/span>either<\/span> <\/span><\/span>be located in<\/span> <\/span>Visakhapatnam or be willing to <\/span><\/span>relocate<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span>Candidate will manage skilling programs in AI for Mahathi <\/span><\/span>project <\/span><\/span>in Visakhapatnam<\/span> <\/span><\/span>will also support and manage other related activities across India, as <\/span><\/span>required<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Given the nature of the Mahati project, the role requires <\/span><\/span>strong<\/span> <\/span>understanding of AI tools, data workflows, digital learning systems, and technology\-enabled education models in addition to core <\/span><\/span>pr<\/span>ogramme<\/span> <\/span>m<\/span>anagement skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>

  • Undertake project management for Mahati project of CCF. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

    • Assist<\/span> <\/span>in conducting research required to support the initiative's <\/span><\/span>objectives<\/span> <\/span>and program development. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

      • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

        • Prepare and <\/span><\/span>maintain<\/span> <\/span>program documentation, reports, and other relevant records. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Support the identification and analysis of best practices related to education programs in the climate sector. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

            • Contribute to the overall strategic planning and implementation of the project.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

                Requirements<\/h3>

                Qualifications and Experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/p>

                • Bachelor\u2019s/Master\u2019s in Data Science, AI, Engineering, EdTech, or related field
                  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • 5\u20138 years of experience in program or education project management (climate/social sector preferred
                  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • Strong data handling, research, and reporting skills
                  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • Ability to manage stakeholders and independently run pilot sites
                  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • Excellent communication skills; social/youth sector experience is a plus<\/span><\/span><\/span>
