Senior Specialist, POM Product Owner

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SENIOR SPECIALIST to join our Corporate Trust – Analytics team. This role is located in Pune, MH.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Position Summary - This position is responsible for analyzing and understanding deal requirements and then building/programming computer models to reflect those requirements.
• The incumbent will be required to read and understand deal related legal documentation and identify the relevant details and information to enable them to create the deal model in BNY proprietary tools/Excel. In addition, the Analyst will provide support and ongoing maintenance for existing deal models using both bespoke and proprietary systems.
• This role supports and assists the Client onshore to ensure delivery of good client service by accurate and timely completion of client requests. The quality and timeliness directly affect how the organization is perceived by our clients.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• T-SQL, PL/SQL or similar database query writing experience is must.
• 6+ Years of experience as SQL/ SSRS / Power BI developer is desired.
• Knowledge of programming languages like VBA, Java, .Net would be a plus but not mandatory.
• Candidate should have good Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Git Lab would be a plus.
• Understanding of structured finance product CDO (Collateralized Debt Obligation) and other financial instruments (Bonds, Loans, Swaps, etc.) would be a plus.
• Experience in Finance domain would be a plus.
