Proven ability to drive corrective and preventive actions, manage quality documentation, and maintain effective communication with internal/external customers and multi-site teams. Advanced English.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain internal communication across iSi locations and external communication with customers.
- Support customers with specific requirements and the use/follow-up of their online portals.
- Coordinate and drive corrective and preventive actions for process and customer issues, supporting Quality department activities.
- Implement and sustain the company’s quality system and customer-related standards, including customer-specific requirements.
- Coordinate the creation, completion, and control of quality documentation related to processes and customer requirements.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Processes, or a related field.
