The Senior Specialist - SAP IBP Response & Supply Order Series will play a pivotal role in our SAP Planning - Delivery department at Bristlecone India Limited. This position involves designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, with a specific focus on supply planning and order-based planning. The successful candidate will ensure seamless integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA, optimizing supply response and improving service levels.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP IBP Response & Supply processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Focus on supply planning, order-based planning, and constraint-based planning to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Integrate SAP IBP with SAP ECC/S4HANA to enable efficient data exchange and process automation.
  • Analyze and interpret supply chain data to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of SAP IBP solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for performance enhancement.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features and best practices, implementing them to enhance our processes.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive system documentation for future reference.
  • Ensure data security and privacy compliance in line with company policies and industry standards.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and support, with a focus on Response & Supply processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP functionality, especially in supply planning and order-based planning.
  • Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA integration and data exchange is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex supply chain data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to process improvement and optimization.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific supply chain challenges and best practices.
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP IBP releases and advancements.
